Today's Class
Had a really really great yoga class today! We were instructed novel, challenging, flowing poses, I kept pushing myself bit by bit with respect to my body and I was in heaven-honestly! Then I spoke to her for a good 20-30 mins about her yoga certifications (she has 12+yrs of teaching under her belt!!!) and she told me that I should go for it and become certified sooner rather than later :) All in...

tonight's yoga class
Jagoda and i met for yoga class tonight, needless to say it was extra fckn stellar! mostly sun salutations, back bends, humble warrior poses, lunges, etc.  Did 30 mins on the elliptical + 30 mins weights too !  Pushing yourself feels oh so good, no sarcasm here- no rly, loved it.
